Professional appointments:
1976-1979: Son Dureta Hospital, Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
1980 - : Founding Director of the Centre for Urology, Andrology and Sexology of
the Balearic Islands located at the prestigious Rotger Clinic in Palma de
Mallorca. A second Centre was founded in Madrid in 1995. Both Centres are
specialised in the diagnosis and treatment of Urology, Andrology and Sexology
related pathologies. The Centre is pioneer in the implant of penile prosthesis
as well as in penile enhancement (over 200 cases).

Andrology and sexual dysfunctions.
Surgery of the male genital apparatus.
Health in the Work Place and Physical Education/Sport-related Medicine.
Research and scientific work:
Dr. M. Rosselló has developed and patented two devices for the diagnosis and
surgery of erectile dysfunction: The Digital Inflection Rigidometer (DIR), an
electronic device for the diagnosis of ED, and the Cavernotome C&R, a
surgical tool for penile implant surgery designed in conjunction with Dr. H.
Carrión.
Dr. Rosselló is regularly involved in clinical trials for new erectile
dysfunction drugs and innovative therapies. He attends various international
urology-andrology meetings per year and regularly presents papers and studies
in scientific forums.
